Refunds and returns

If you have changed your mind on an item that you have ordered, we will be happy to make an exchange. Returns shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and items must meet the following criteria:

• items need to be returned within 21 days upon receiving the product.
• items (purchased online) must be returned in their original condition.
• proof of purchase must be provided in the form of your receipt.

For crystals that may have been damaged in transit, we are happy to replace the crystal for you. A photo of the broken crystal is required as proof.
